Role Overview:

We are looking for an LLM Specialist to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade generative AI solutions. You will work on prompt systems, retrieval workflows, evaluation, orchestration, and integration patterns that help organizations use LLMs in reliable, secure, and useful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RAG systems, assistants, document workflows, and LLM-powered product features
• Evaluate model behavior and improve relevance, grounding, and response quality
• Build prompt and retrieval strategies suited to different enterprise use cases
• Integrate LLM APIs, embeddings, vector stores, and workflow tooling into production systems
• Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams to shape solution architecture
• Define guardrails, monitoring, and quality review approaches for deployed systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI with strong LLM exposure
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt design, and LLM evaluation
• Strong Python skills and comfort working across APIs, orchestration layers, and back-end systems
• Good understanding of tradeoffs around latency, hallucination risk, cost, and grounding
• Ability to think beyond prototypes and design production-appropriate systems

Good to have:

• Experience with agent workflows, fine-tuning, tool use, or enterprise search systems
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or comparable stacks
• Exposure to compliance-sensitive or permission-aware knowledge systems
