Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who thrives in outbound sales and prospecting. In this role, you will identify qualified opportunities, run multi-channel outreach, and open conversations with decision-makers interested in AI, digital engineering, and product transformation services. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch and turning cold outreach into meaningful meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify accounts that align with Productize Tech’s AI and engineering offerings
- Run structured outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Create and manage prospect lists, sequences, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene
- Book qualified discovery meetings for senior sales and consulting stakeholders
- Personalize messaging using service offerings, case studies, industries, and business context
- Track conversion metrics and improve outreach quality based on performance signals
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on messaging, targeting, and campaign focus
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in outbound business development, SDR, or lead generation roles
- Proven experience with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in prospect-facing conversations
- Ability to understand technology services and translate them into business value
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and outbound tooling
- Strong follow-through, discipline, and comfort with target-driven work
- Willingness to collaborate across sales, marketing, and delivery teams
- Comfortable aligning availability with US-facing sales activity when needed
Good to have:
- Experience selling or prospecting for AI, SaaS, consulting, or digital engineering services
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Outreach, or similar tools
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technical services positioning
- Ability to personalize messaging by industry and buyer persona
