Role Overview:

We are hiring an AI Engineer with strong experience across both computer vision and NLP to build practical AI solutions for client and internal products. You will design data pipelines, train and evaluate models, integrate APIs and services, and help deploy systems into reliable production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI pipelines across vision, NLP, and multimodal use cases
• Work on detection, classification, OCR, summarization, retrieval, and document intelligence workflows
• Prepare training data, define evaluation approaches, and improve model behavior iteratively
• Integrate AI models with back-end services, product workflows, and analytics pipelines
• Optimize solutions for production quality, latency, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape delivery decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience building applied AI or machine learning systems
• Strong Python experience and hands-on familiarity with ML frameworks
• Experience with computer vision workflows such as object detection, OCR, segmentation, or image classification
• Experience with NLP or LLM workflows such as retrieval, summarization, text extraction, or question answering
• Ability to evaluate models, interpret performance tradeoffs, and improve systems pragmatically
• Comfort working with APIs, cloud tooling, and production engineering practices

Good to have:

• Experience with multimodal models, vector databases, or RAG systems
• Familiarity with model optimization for edge or low-latency environments
• Exposure to MLOps, monitoring, or workflow orchestration tools
• Experience working in a client-facing consulting or product engineering environment
